The Picklr franchise – the nation’s fastest growing premier pickleball venue – is currently expanding its presence across Colorado and the United States, aspiring to become the leading provider of premium indoor pickleball courts globally, aiming to inspire, nurture, and empower every pickleball player.
The program involves branding, redevelopment, and renovation of existing commercial real estate buildings for numerous new pickleball venues. Each venue ranges between 20,000sf to 36,000sf, featuring 10-14 professional indoor tournament courts, a pro-shop, community rooms, offices, and support spaces.
We have completed three facilities; one is currently under construction, three are currently under design, and two more are scheduled to start design in the new year.
