Since 2022, the Greensboro ABC Board has partnered with Summit Design and Engineering Services on multiple architectural and civil engineering projects supporting its continued growth.
Our work includes the comprehensive renovation of its 52,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility, the development of a modern prototype retail store on Bantiff Way, the cost-effective upfit of a relocated store on Battleground Avenue, and more. Each project has enhanced operational efficiency, strengthened customer experience, and prepared Greensboro ABC to meet increasing demand. Through close collaboration, thoughtful design, and careful coordination, Summit has consistently delivered solutions aligned with the Board’s goals, on schedule and within budget.
